Product Description Hidden & Dangerous 2 gives you a shot at commandeering soldier and vehicles as you fight behind enemy lines in World War II!
Amazon.com Product Description Hidden & Dangerous 2 is a first- and third-person tactical shooter that builds upon the original Hidden & Dangerous. You lead a small squad of Allied soldiers deep behind enemy lines to carry out secret missions during World War II. The story line takes you to Europe, Africa, Burma, and other locations scattered across the globe. Each critical decision impacts you, your men, and your country. This blend of action, strategy, and tactics forces you to use your brain just as much as your trigger finger. The game features a fully interactive environment and the ability to control up to a four-member team and commandeer a variety of vehicles, as you fight your way through more than 20 missions in nine campaigns from the lush jungles of Southeast Asia to the harsh deserts in Africa. You can even supply your squad with a number of weapons, including pistols, sniper rifles, grenades, and bazookas.

Simply the Best! August 15, 2007 Marc Landry 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Funny, I have been playing all of the MOHs, BIAs CODs Battlefields etc for about 4 years now and diddnt know this little GEM even existed. Stumbled across it in an on-line forum where I read good reviews on. I quickly bought a copy and have been playing for a few weeks now. First impressions were that it was going to be a rough ride because of all the required commands, especially coming off playing all the MOHs where you can get by with 2 mouse clicks and 3 buttons. I got used to the console after a couple of hours of playing, slow at first but got comfortable with about 6-7 buttons that are "must need to know". Once you figure out the sequences of commands and how to get guys doing what you want this is the most robust and intriguing of all the WWII FPS games and the funnest. I would say its almost the perfect game if you like this type of game. BUT FIRST...BEFORE YOU PLAY..make sure you have applied ALL of the patches, there are 4 or 5 of them. Once having done this you will be totally awestruck by the gameplay. I can't begin to describe all the cool features and amazing gameplay, pick up a copy and you wont be disappointed but hang in there while learning the commands. It will pay off. The developers here should be given huge Kudos for their attention to detail in this game, I am shocked that it flew under the radar as it did. Very happy to have discovered it. ML
Not as challenging, but still good fun July 14, 2007 Gene Cloner (St Louis) If you liked H&D 1, you will like this even better. The graphics are some what better than the earlier version. There are a lot more scenic missions to complete. However, the challenge is a little bit less compared to the previous version probably because the helping soldiers are a little smarter in this version. In harder levels, the challenge is more due to limited saving ability rather than gameplay. I didn't like that concept.
Greatness July 12, 2007 Gregory Broch (miami) This is without doubt the best WWII game I have ever played on PC!! Far ahead of its time, the other WWII games of today, pale in comparison.
Awesome March 19, 2007 F. Butler A mostly unknown gem kinda overshadowed by the M O H / call of duty series. You get a ton of gameplay outa this for cheep cashola... Graphics still purdy good. A must buy if you like ww2 shooters.
